Job Description

Responsible for Simulation of BIW Car manufacturing lines using software applications such as Process Simulate/Delmia / Robcad. Responsible for 3D Designing of BIW Car manufacturing tooling (fixtures/grippers/conveyors etc.) using software applications

Required Skills Set for Technical

  • Knowledge of any CAD designing / Robotic simulation software is required.
  • Ability to understand the mechanical equipment and their working mechanisms.
  • Ability to understand pneumatic & electro pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical motors/drive systems.
  • Ability to understand different sensors and their functions in the automotive domain.
  • Basic knowledge about Jigs, Fixtures and their working principles.
  • Basic Knowledge about Industrial Robots and their applications in BIW Car production.
  • Ability to prepare customer specific documents in MS office.

Others

  • Must have min 60% aggregate in Diploma/ NTTF/Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics.
  • Candidate should be pro-active and very enthusiastic for accepting challenges.
  • Candidate should be flexible to work as per the project requirements and in the shifts.
  • Candidate must be a good individual contributor and team member.
  • Candidate is expected to provide 2 years of his/ her service to the organization post training program and confirmation of the employment.
  • Ability to prepare presentations for customer review or internal reviews

Salary and Fringe benefits

  • Selected candidates CTC would be up to 4.5 to 12 Lakhs per Annum.
  • In addition to the CTC, a decent yearly performance bonus will be provided to the employees for their hard work and contribution for the projects.
  • Job location will be in our Hyderabad office, Telangana, INDIA.
